​25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks,

What is being said here is that it will take the full 70 weeks before the Jews Messiah will return and this is the starting point of the 70 weeks.

and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

This is describing Israel today, even in troubled times in the wall or walls will be built However, now notice there is a break in this 70-week prophecy, this takes us up to a point of 62 weeks, so we see here were short the last seven weeks. Three score and two weeks is 62 weeks leaving the last seven yet to be fulfilled. During troubled times.
