The timing and the start of the Ezekiel 38 wars

Standing up to logic and using Scripture Ezekiel 38 wars cannot happen prior to the return of Satan and his desecration of the Temple, which is mid-tribulation.
Reasoning, Israel is allowed the first 3 ½ years to sacrifice as per Matthew 24:15 and Daniel 9:27.
Understanding to have the Ezekiel 38 wars happen in the first half of the tribulation would interfere with Israel’s ability to sacrifice, in turn not allowing Israel to complete bible prophecy.

Scripture paraphrased.
Ezekiel 38:8 note: in the latter years,
(note; latter years meaning latter years of the tribulation)
Ezekiel 38:8 note: and they shall dwell safely all of them.
(Israel is not dwelling safely at this time)
Ezekiel 38:11 note: And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
(There walls bars and gates are still in use) and again read dwelling safely, which their not, at least at this time.
KJV
Remembering the Psalm 83 war is about eliminating Israel as no more in remembrance,  and Ezekiel wars about stealing from or taking away from Israel. Two different wars.

I understand there will be a 3 ½ year time for Israel to sacrifice, I also understand some prophecies must be fulfilled before the Temple can be built. It is fitting and understood the first 3 ½ years must happen separately.
