Pres. Trumps meeting with Netanyahu seems to put the involved parties in their place as not to be misled as trump calls out America's role.

Turkey in Syria

Israel's attempt at keeping Turkey at bay as it attempts to militarily install itself within Syria.

In regard to Turkey and it's attempting to in-bed it's self in Syria, Trump knows he can control Turkey much more easily than Russia and or Iran's proxy Hezbollah, these that were in Syria but now removed. Trump is about controlling power. Turkey is a pawn on Trump's chessboard. Pres. Trump has shown in the past that he can easily manipulate the leader of Turkey keep at bay it's warring thereat. Netanyahu now knows that America has Israel's back, this in regard to Syria.

Israel and Tariffs

In regard to Tariffs, Netanyahu was hoping for the best and came out of the meeting with a good and positive response, not necessarily the outcome Netanyahu wanted but he seemed to have accepted it.

It would be right to have Israel, and as many other countries as a revenue generator, so some tariffs would be appropriate, just makes sense. My take is Netanyahu is okay with this arrangement.

Lastly, America does contribute large amounts to Israel, and this should make Netanyahu happy and thankful. No complaints from Netanyahu, at least publicly.

Pres. Trump is putting America first and reminding those of whom America is helping to show some appreciation as this becomes more obvious what Trump is doing is good for all.
