As we continue a close watch on the happenings within Israel we’re beginning to see a stirring among Israel’s military readying for a confrontation with Hamas in Rafah, Gaza. At the same time great effort to free the hostages by means of a cease fire.
2 Samuel 5:24 And let it be, when thou hearest the sound of a going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt bestir thyself: for then shall the LORD go out before thee, to smite the host of the Philistines. KJV
Even though this has already happened we could use this as a metaphor as to what is about to happen today between Israel and the Palestinians within Israel and in particular, Gaza.
What we’re seeing today is the possibility of a continuing of a war in Gaza, and or a cease fire. The end of this war could mean they will be saying peace and safety, or would this same thing be said if a cease fire were to be agreed upon.
Remembering Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:3 “for when they say peace and safety then sudden destruction.” noting from other scripture the sudden destruction is an action by, of God. Psalm 83.
The accumulation of other outside pressure as mentioned below, these paraphrased from a few headlines.
Dissolving Hamas' military, forming sovereign Palestinian state would bring ‘change.’
Hamas stated its readiness to enter a cease-fire of five years or more with Israel and transition into a political entity if an independent Palestinian state is established along pre-1967 borders.
This would only be a temporary, until Palestinians retain their “historic right to all Palestinian lands.” The Palestinian politician suggested Hamas' joining the Palestine Liberation Organization forming a unified government for Gaza and the West Bank and the dissolution of its military wing.
We know this isn’t going to happen but look how Hamas is showing a willingness to negotiate, now as I said before, if Israel puts pressure (IDF readying to finish the war in Rafah) on Hamas, Hamas will respond, so this is a big step toward a new mindset within the works. We’ll see.
US state secretary, Blinken in Israel to discuss Rafah campaign, hostage deal. US again is setting the stage for renew hostage deal and wanting to manipulate the outcome of the Rafah war, and this means, to stop Israel from a further action within Gaza Strip.

Let’s keep in mind that we know the final outcome as Zechariah tells us.
Zechariah 12:3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
Zechariah 12:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
