IDF: Air defenses intercepted rockets launched by Hezbollah at Israeli troops in Lebanon; launcher destroyed

Several rockets launched by Hezbollah at Israeli troops in southern Lebanon this morning were intercepted by air defenses, the military says.

A short while later, the Israeli Air Force struck and destroyed the launcher, the IDF says.

Additionally, the IDF says it spotted a suspicious vehicle in an area of southern Lebanon where troops are operating today. The soldiers fired warning shots and later carried out a strike “to remove the threat,” the army says.
